Thanks so much for your interest in Blues Traveler!! The list of E-Travelers is getting longer each day and I'm so excited by everyone's support. My name is Brigitte, and I'll be in touch with everyone on a regular basis to let you know what's going on with Blues Traveler and what info we need to get out there. I'll be in contact with the band, management and the label so I'll be passing all info on to you so you'll always know the latest BT news.

One of the main ways to help promote BT online is by posting info on message boards and other online communities to spread the word about the band. Go to BT fansites, related band sites, related life-style sites, (i.e. rollingstone.com, imusic.com, jambands.com, etc) anywhere that you think people would be interested. All you gotta do is talk about the band; let people know about a show you attended, how you feel about the album, or any other events that are included in the updates I send out. There's no need to make it sound like an advertisement or tell people to buy stuff. The whole point of this group is to have the true fans talking about the band, starting a buzz and getting the word out. There are a lot of street teams out there doing this and their messages aren't sincere. So please, just be honest about what you think about the band, or just ask people what they think.

Once you've visited a website and posted your message, simple highlight the URL address in your browser, copy it, and paste it in an email to me. That way, I can just click on the link to read your post and see what kind of responses we're getting. You'll be rewarded for your efforts with tickets to shows, exclusive merch, and anything else I can get my hands on. I'll keep track of all the links you've sent in and chose prize winners accordingly.

Bridge is still holding steady on the charts, but I think we as E-Travelers and fans can give it a push! I bet there are all kinds of young bucks out there who haven't been enlightened with Blues Traveler's music yet. Let's start visiting some key related band's websites and fansites like Dave Matthews, Widespread Panic, String Cheese Incident, Oyster Head, The Black Crowes, etc. and let them know what they are missing! Send in links or screen shots to show where you've been schooling people and I'll give you an autographed BT poster.
