2. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older and are located in the U.S. at time of entry, except that employees, officers or directors of Liberation Entertainment ("Sponsor"), Fanscape Inc. ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), SeriouslyOMG.com ("Partners"), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), or their agencies or independent contractors who are engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials related to this Sweepstakes or the implementation of this Sweepstakes, and members of the immediate families or households of each of the above are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter: During the Promotion Period, follow the links at http://www2.fanscape.com/contests/hottienottie/serious/signup.aspx ("Website") to the Sweepstakes page, then follow the instructions to complete and submit an official entry. Once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, modified or canceled. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per e-mail address. Multliple entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sweepstakes Entities and will not be returned. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. If multiple entries are received from any person or e-mail address in violation of these Official Rules, all entries from that person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that your entry and any other information collected in connection with your entry (including without limitation any mobile phone information) may be used by the Sweepstakes Administrator in accordance with its Privacy Policy (please see Privacy Policy for more information) and may be shared with its affiliated business entities, Sponsor or Partners, if you opt-in to receive email, text messages or other communications from Sweepstakes Administrator. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email or communications. WINNING: Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received, approximately 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period (at Administrator's discretion), conducted by judges selected by Sponsor (Judges) from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by regular mail, email and/or phone (at Sweepstakes Administrator’s discretion) after the drawing, and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded assuming sufficient eligible entries are received.

All prizes are provided "AS IS" with no warranty or guarantee by Sweepstakes Entities, either express or implied. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees with respect to a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s) for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Prizes will be delivered 6-8 weeks after verification of winners.

6. CLAIMING PRIZE: Potential prize winners must claim their prize by responding within three (3) business days after the date of notification or attempted notification in the manner directed in the notification, and may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability, and publicity release by the deadline stated in the notification. In the event of noncompliance, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the address, email address or telephone number on his or her entry form, or if prize/prize notification is undeliverable or returned as unclaimed, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Prize is non-transferable with no substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use by the Sweepstakes Entities of winner's name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes in all media throughout the world now known or hereinafter developed, in perpetuity without notice, limitation, or compensation.

7. CONDITIONS: Limit one prize per person, family or household address. Participants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, forged, incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries; (b) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming, or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities, including but not limited to disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (d) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from such person's access to the Website whether human, mechanical or electronic. If such malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Administrator may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by posting a notice on the Website. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sweepstakes Administrator may determine winners from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or whom Sweepstakes Administrator believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any claim, injury, loss or damage of any kind to any person, including without limitation disability and death, any contractual, intellectual or other proprietary rights, and any damage or loss to property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes, or any Sweepstakes related activity.

8. DISPUTES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive; incidental; or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
