TOUR DIARY

Sunday, September 30th, Playing with Stevie Nicks at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA

A minute-by-minute account by someone who isn't Sheryl, but knows her quite well - Chris Hudson, Sheryl's multi-tasking tour manager!

excerpt: 8:00pm Sheryl, Lee Ann and myself are in dressing room. Sheryl is getting ready- (hair, make-up etc) and then pulls out a CD of some of her near finished recent recordings. I am dispatched to locate a boom box. SC plays a lot of the tracks to us, quietly though, as hey, it's not released yet. Tracks sound amazing. Some working titles: Steve Mc Queen, Chances Are, Weather Channel, Over You, and many, many more. Click here to read more...

CONTEST WINNER

Winner of the "Who's the Silhouette" competition in last month's newsletter is Jackie Bassford of Rockford, MI who correctly pointed it out to be Mr. Matt Brubeck, cello player extraordinaire and son of jazz legend Dave Brubeck.

Jackie will soon receive a t-shirt, an autographed set list from the Billings, MT show as well as this month's mystery prize: an autographed program from the 43rd (2001) Grammy's. Sheryl signed it right next to her nomination for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance.
