Entries must be received no later than November 30, 2002. Only entries submitted in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. E-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sweepstakes is open to all female legal residents of the continental United States and Canada (except Quebec) between the ages of 13 and 24, except employees of Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing (“G+J”), Motorola (together “Sponsors”), their parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Selection of Winner: Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, YM Magazine will randomly select one (1) grand prize winner, ten (10) first prize winners, five (5) second prize winners, and one (1) third prize winner on or about December 2, 2002. Canadian entrants drawn will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to be eligible to win. Winner will be notified by telephone on or about December 5, 2002.

Prizes: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a Motorola 120t cellular phone. The total approximate retail value of prize is $150. Ten (10) first prize winners will win a CD and Poster. The total approximate retail value of prize is $25.00. Five (5) second prize winners will win a CD. Total approximate retail value of prize is $15.00. One (1) third prize winners will win a poster. Total approximate retail value of prize is $5.00. All federal, state and local taxes, is winner’s sole responsibility. No transfer or substitution of prizes except at G+J’s and Sponsors’ sole discretion. Each winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected.

Prizes are subject to availability and wireless network compatibility in the winner's place of residence. Sponsor and/or Prize provider reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value.

Motorola, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Motorola, Inc. has not offered or sponsored this sweepstakes in any way.

Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights. Neither Sponsors, their parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
